Y type’s centrifugal pump |
Y type’s centrifugal pump is used to
transport the oil product in which there is not solid
grain. The
temperature of the transported medium is from
-20℃~+400℃,the flow capacity is from 6.25 to 500 stere per
hour, the lift height is from 60 to 63 meters.
Y type pump is classified into three kinds: 1, single step
and two steps cantilever centrifugal pump, 2, single step
and two steps supported by two sides centrifugal pump. 3,
multilevel subsection centrifugal pump.
Single step cantilever pump adopts impellers with balance
aperture and double ring to balance; two step cantilever
and two step two sides’ supporting pump adopt impellers
symmetry to balance, multilevel subsection centrifugal
pump adopts balance tray to balance, other Y types pumps
adopt rolling bearing to support, the rolling bearing and
sliding bearing both adopt lube to lubricate without water
cooling room. |

Summary
GZ types solid and liquid Slurry Pump is designed by Tsinghua University
according to the theory about solid and liquid flow
velocity which is issued latest internationally, that is
classified into GZ type and GZL type, and also can be
classified into 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 75mm, and 50mm
by the diameter, it can make the energy transformed fully,
reduced the ablation, advanced waterpower design,
reasonable structure design, matching the high rigidity
and wearable material-Cr15M3 make the efficiency higher,
useful life longer, run-time more reliable, so it can be
used widely by mine ,metallurgy, electric power, coal and
other industry department to transport coal mud, slurry
and strong abrasion and high thickness, the highest
thickness is 45 percent for ash slurry,60 percent for mine
slurry.
Structure explanation
1.pump head part
GZ type pump is double pump shell, there is renewable
metal liner in pump body, and pump body adopts cast iron,
connecting with bolts. The pump mouse and bracket are
connected with bolts. The exit of pump can be installed by
eight points, there is back laminas on the fore-and-aft
boards of impellers which can reduce the leak and increase
the pump useful-life,
2.axes seal part
It adopts adopt two modalities (assistant impeller seal
and filling seal), repair cycle is long, reduced the
maintaining workload, at same time extend the useful-life.
3.running part
it include bracket and bearing, the diameter of the pump
axes is large, rigidity good and cantilever short,
Which won't bend and liberate in the poor conditions, the
pump axes adopt taper roller bearing and column roller
bearing, the bearing adopts axunge and sparse oil to
lubricate, there are airproof cover and mazing sheath and
mazing rings in two sides of bearing which can prevent the
feculences into bearing, ensure the security of the
bearing. |
